Order Shipping and Return

We ship UPS Ground. In most cases, delivery will be within 2 to 5 working days from the time your check or credit card payment has been verified. Customers will not be charged until product is shipped. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

For international orders, we usually ship USPS Air. USPS estimates that it takes about one week to ship to most countries, but the actual delivery time is often longer and varies depending on the time it takes to clear your country's Customs, in addition to inland shipping time.
 

Sanlinx Inc. offers a 90-day refund policy for full refund of the purchase price (excluding S&H) for products returned in good condition. The customer must first obtain a return authorization (mostly through email) from Sanlinx Inc. or its distributor. The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely in its original box, and in most cases, into a bigger box for better protection. The product must arrive in clean and working condition without damage.

If the customer cancels an order before it is shipped, Sanlinx Inc. will credit the total amount, including S&H, to the customer.
